Terms of Service

Rspond lets a business connect messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Web Chat, and voice) and handle customer conversations from a shared inbox, with automated chatbot and AI-agent replies.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. The service is intended for businesses and users aged 18 or older.

You are responsible for the content you send and for the data of your own customers. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and consent to message the contacts you communicate with.

You must comply with all applicable laws and with the rules of any connected platform — including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and the policies of Telegram, Twilio, and DOKU.

You must not use Rspond to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or to harass or abuse recipients.

Paid plans are purchased per channel; seats apply at the workspace level. Payments are processed by DOKU. Fees are billed for the applicable period and, unless stated otherwise or required by law, are non-refundable.

Certain features (such as AI replies and voice minutes) are subject to quotas; usage beyond a plan may require a top-up or upgrade.

Rspond integrates with third-party services (e.g., Meta, Twilio, DOKU, AI providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective providers' terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Rspond and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of your business content and your customers' data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for message deliverability issues caused by third-party platforms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable platform policies. You can request deletion of your data as described on our Data Deletion page (/data-deletion).

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
